The 2025-2028 TC3 Strategic Plan: Sustaining a Vibrant Future came to fruition through engagement with many campus and community partners, and crucially through the work of the cross-functional Strategic Planning Steering Committee appointed by the President.
The Strategic Planning Steering Committee reviewed:
- Survey data from our internal and external communities
- Student and regional leadership focus group input from 10 roundtables co-hosted by committee members and TC3 faculty and staff
- Analysis of TC3 student outcomes data and comparison to State and Federal data on community college student outcomes
- National and regional labor market data regarding projected workforce changes
The Steering Committee’s institutional knowledge and care for the College’s Mission helped to craft a plan that identified the most pressing priorities of the College and the community. This work provided us a robust roadmap for the next three years. The President and the two facilitators, Dr. Malvika Talwar and
Michelle Nightingale, would like to extend their sincere appreciation on behalf of the College and the Board of Trustees to the Strategic Planning Steering Committee for their work.
