Direct to Work – Pathways to Manufacturing is your gateway to a stable, well-paying job in one of the region’s most essential industries.
This inclusive, five-week career readiness program helps adults 18+ gain the skills, confidence, and connections they need to launch a career in manufacturing — no prior experience required.
What You’ll Gain
Full-Time Training | 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Location: TC3 Main Campus, Dryden, NY
Meet Employers | Spend a full day with each manufacturer and interview with your top choice
$1,000 Stipend | Paid to all participants who complete the program
Industry Credentials | Earn an OSHA-10 card and take the Certified Manufacturing Associate (CMfgA) exam
Hands-On Experience | Learn real skills and workplace habits that lead to long-term employment

Location: TC3 Main Campus, 170 North St., Dryden, NY
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18+
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to read and write
Physically capable of manufacturing work
High school diploma or GED preferred
