- Submit the required supporting documentation.
- Depending on your circumstances, you may be asked to have your transcript translated, have your previous coursework evaluated through a NACES-approved agency, submit English proficiency scores, and/or a copy of your passport. A full list of requirements can be found in your application portal.

- Look for your admissions decision in your email in application portal.
- Students who require an I-20 will need to submit an Affidavit of Support / Proof of Funding and pay a $250 deposit.
- Apply for your F-1 visa.
- You will pay the I-901 (SEVIS) fee and make an appointment with the US Embassy in your country to apply for your F-1 visa. Learn more about Getting Your Visa.
- Send us a copy of your visa.
- Complete your new student checklist in your student portal.
- You will receive email with complete next steps in this checklist. We recommend checking email frequently, including junk or spam folders, for communication from TC3. Before the start of classes, plan to meet with an advisor, enroll in classes, submit your immunization records and I.D. photos, and more. Residential students will also submit a housing contract/deposit. These steps may be accomplished virtually for students not in the U.S. or in-person, for students already living near Dryden, NY.
- Note: Admitted will be required to complete an Accuplacer English and Math placement test before enrolling in classes.
Be One of Us Scholarship
TC3 offers the Be One of Us Scholarship for in-state tuition to international students who live on campus, complete 15 hours of community service, and maintain a 2.5 GPA. Learn more about Living on Campus.
